Katie Davis blog about financial planning for single women. Her past experiences as a single parent have shaped her view of the world.

Financial planning can be a challenge for single parents. There is no one to plan for your affairs, and most financial planning scenarios are not well understood. My financial situation is quite different than that of many other single parents out there.

Financial planning for me began after I went through a divorce. I was a single mother of two young children and had no one to turn to when I was trying to figure out how to support them. I was in need of a financial plan, and was not only looking for a service but a personal, online role model to help me with my financial planning.

The best way I found to start my financial planning was through a professional financial planning service, but I really didn’t know where to go to get that. Luckily, I found a local financial planner I could work with on a one-on-one basis.

This wasn’t the first time I met with my financial planner, but it was the first time we met at Starbucks. As we sat down I asked him questions about his experience, his favorite type of financial planning, and what he thought about various different financial models.

I learned so much from this meeting because of the mentoring and advising that I received from my financial planner. His advice was valuable and was the biggest reason I recommend financial planning to others.

That is why I am writing this article with great respect and love, because there are many people out there who would benefit from the guidance of a financial planner. While I have a job and a family to care for, I also want to get ahead financially. I don’t want to make money hand over fist, and I do not want to work for someone else to pay for things.

So why do so many people turn to financial planning? Often it is due to financial stress. Stress, by itself, is not a bad thing, but when it is compounded by an uncertain future due to the economy or others, it can be extremely harmful.

Through the tutelage of my financial planner, I was able to find financial freedom and a solid financial future. I owe that to the advice that he gave me. If you don’t have someone in your life to help you with your financial planning, now is the time to begin looking for that person.

Financial planning is not as difficult as many people think. It is not as difficult as I thought.

So why not take advantage of the services of a financial planner and make the most of your time and money? You can have a professional to work with in your home or office on a one-on-one basis. It will make all the difference in the world when you know what you need to do, and what direction to take.

Start looking for a financial planner today. Your financial future depends on it.
